Logical Disk Monitoring

Some things to note:

  • There are warning and critical thresholds. For each there are thresholds for MB and %age Free Space. Both thresholds must be “crossed” before an alert will fire
  • You do not get an alert for a warning threshold being crossed. This can be changed via an override but be careful because you will only get an alert on the first state change. So if you enable alerting on warning thresholds, you will only get an alert on healthy –> warning but not warning –> critical
