Account Verification Errors

When you enter in a domain user account for the MSAction or SDKConfig account and you get an account verification error then check:

1) The account is actually a local administrator account .. remember that group changes don’t take effect without a log off \ log on

2) Ensure the SDK Account has rights to set the SPN:

3) Check the Account \ Logon Name – Operations Manager checks the Logon name and not the user name. Go into Active Directory Users and Computers and check the Account Tab \ Log on name. Copy and paste this and not the user name.
